Sungold Cherry Tomato Pasta

Ingredients
• 2 pints Sungold cherry tomatoes
• 2 tbsp EVOO
• 3 cloves garlic, grated
• 1/4 cup of dry white wine
• Squeeze of lemon

• bunch of fresh basil
• Reserved pasta water
• Salt + pepper to taste
• 300 g linguine
• Reserved pasta water

Method

  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes + a pinch of salt.

  2. Let them burst, (about 10 minutes) then add wine. Simmer until glossy.

  3. Finish with lemon juice + fresh basil. Toss in pasta + pasta water.

  4. Top with parm
